  I have been a resident for 18 months. I have an MBA from Berkeley and work out of a 2 bedroom apartment that faces Playa Pacifica. The appliances are old. The drains smell of sewage almost continuously. A few days ago there was a urine lake in the parking garage. There are hundreds of dogs here and many owners lock them out on their porches where they bark and whine. There are always fresh urine spots on the carpeting in the hallways. If you face the pool there are continuous noises, blaring music and pool parties. There are 1 bedroom uncarpeted apartments on the 3rd floor. You will hear every footstep. The dog upstairs has a ball he rolls around on the floor. Every year your rent will go up between 10 to 25% and no they are not competitive. There are vacant apartments, 2 next to me, in May, the prime season. The people next to me trapped rats in their apartment. There are frequent thefts from the parking garage, cars, motorcycles and bicycles. Your car will be coated with the dust from the deteriorating ceiling. Other than the above it's great.

  They wouldn't cash a check I brought in because it was torn. I even checked online to see if banks take checks that get ripped/torn, and internet said yeah, so i was like okay. Went there they refused to cash it . Bank teller kid was the biggest bellend I've ever seen . So I got pissed asfffff and closed BoA accnt and switched to Kinnetca (which is 10x better).

  I usually never take the time to do reviews. I have been in the mortgage business for over 30 years, and I have personally bought and sold many properties. My words might be direct and not with a lot of fluff, but if you want an experience, even if you understand the process, that gives you every detail, complete professionalism, vast knowledge and experience, from the listing to the close, then Ed is your realtor. His negotiation skills easily made me an extra $250K on my last transaction, and everyone in his complete A-Z staff brings the table the best attitude in some of the toughest parts of the transaction. They completely give you the feeling that to them, this is not just a job, but their passion to make sure everything gets handled the way it should, without any surprises. Its not a wonder to me why Ed and his team are the best in the South Bay, and for anyone reading this review, I encourage you to just make the call before selecting a realtor, you will be glad you did!
